Abstract: Present disclosure discloses a filament heating device comprising a heating device body and a heating portion and a heating rail within the heating device body, the heating rail being arranged in a lengthwise direction of the heating device, the heating rail having an open space on a side thereof in contact with the filament, the heating device further having a door portion and a heat insulating portion, at least the heat insulating portion being movable between a working position where it fills the open space and a filament feeding position which is offset in an orthogonal direction with respect to the working position, the heat insulating portion moving in and out of the open space from one side of the open space during the movement. Filling the open space ensures that temperature loss during filament heating is controlled as much as possible, thereby increasing heating and insulation efficiency. By setting the filament feeding position offset with respect to the working position in the orthogonal direction, the heating rail is in a condition that can be easily cleaned, replaced and maintained by operators.
