Abstract: ABSTRACT A FILING CABINET INSPIRED STRUCTURAL PACKAGING SYSTEM FOR USB FLASH STORAGE DEVICES The present invention discloses a filing cabinet inspired structural packaging system (100) for USB flash storage devices (140). The packaging system (100) comprises an outer enclosure (110) fabricated from kappa board panels and configured to simulate a miniature office filing cabinet, an inner drawer tray (120) slidably received within the outer enclosure (110) through an open front aperture (115), and a high-density foam retention insert (130) having a device receiving recess (131) shaped to receive the USB flash storage device (140). A fabric pull-tab (150) is affixed to a front face panel (121) of the inner drawer tray (120) to facilitate horizontal extraction. The front face panel (121) further includes a label window (122) and horizontal vent slot graphics (123) configured to simulate a filing cabinet drawer front. A capacity tag (160) is affixed to the exterior of the outer enclosure (110), thereby providing an eco-conscious and user-interactive packaging system. [
