Abstract: The present invention relates to a finger mounted surgical plate stabilizer designed for maxillofacial surgery. The device comprises a circular mounting ring configured to be worn on the little finger, a curved stabilizing arm that extends from the ring along the natural contour of the little finger, and a downward projection tip configured to engage and press the mini-plate flush against the bone surface during screw fixation. The device is manufactured from biocompatible titanium alloy and is provided in sizes S, M, and L to accommodate different hand anatomies. The device enables one-handed stabilization of the mini-plate, thereby enabling the dominant hand to perform drilling and screw fixation simultaneously. The lightweight fingerworn configuration ensures minimal obstruction in narrow surgical fields, reduces operative time, eliminates the need for a secondary instrument or assistant, and provides improved tactile control and unobstructed visibility. The device is applicable in oral, maxillofacial, craniofacial, and orthopedic surgical procedures.
