Abstract: The present invention relates to a flame extinction detection and gas control system for domestic safety. designed to enhance domestic and small-scale kitchen safety. The system integrates a gas sensor (200) and flame sensor (202) with a microcontroller (201) for continuous monitoring of gas leakage and flame status. Upon detecting flame extinguishment or gas concentration exceeding preset limits, the microcontroller activates a relay module (203) to operate a solenoid valve (204), thereby automatically shutting off the gas supply from the gas line (205). Simultaneously, local audio-visual indicators (102) warn nearby users, while the communication module (206) sends real-time notifications to a dedicated mobile application (104). The architecture, illustrated in Figure 1 and Figure 2, provides a proactive safety loop combining automated hazard response and remote user awareness. This low-cost, scalable system is particularly beneficial for multitasking individuals, elderly users, and persons with cognitive impairments, ensuring timely intervention and improved kitchen safety.
