Abstract: TITLE: “A FLOWMETER FOR A CONDUIT” ABSTRACT A flowmeter (100) for a conduit (120) is disclosed. The flowmeter (100) includes an upstream section (102), and a downstream section (112) connected to an inner surface (120i) of the conduit (120). A first convergent section (104) is coupled to one end of the upstream section (102). A second convergent section (106) is coupled to the first convergent section (104). A swirler (116) is disposed within the second convergent section (106) and extends along the first axis (AA’) of the conduit (120). A throat section (108) is coupled to the second convergent section (106) and extends along the first axis (AA’) of the conduit (120). A sensor (114) is accommodated in the throat section (108), where the sensor (114) detects flowrate of a fluid in the conduit (120). Figure 1 is the representative figure.
