Said formulation broadly comprises ethylated banana pseudostem cellulose, aluminium oxide nanoparticles synthesised from Magnolia champaca flower extract, and rice bran oil (5 mL). Said ethylated banana pseudostem cellulose and said aluminium oxide nanoparticles synthesised from Magnolia champaca flower extract are in a weight ratio of 125:5. The disclosed composition (and/or method) offers at least the following advantages and effects: enhances antimicrobial activity, promotes prolonged contact with the wound site, and enables controlled release of active agents; and/or the like.
