Abstract: A formulation of berberine with enhanced bioavailability for metabolic health [0055] The present invention discloses a formulation of berberine with enhanced bioavailability for metabolic health. The formulation constitutes bioactive extracts of berberine, synergistic molecules milk thistle and coconut milk. The formulation comprises berberine hydrochloride at a concentration range of 85% to 95% w/w, Silybum marianum extract (milk thistle) at a concentration range of 5% to 10% w/w, berberine water extract at a concentration range of 5% to 10% w/w and coconut milk at a concentration range of 5% to 10% w/w. The formulation aids in enhanced penetration and absorption of berberine. The increase in absorption aids in improved bioavailability and bio efficacy at lower concentrations. (FIGURE 1)
