Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a HDT ecosystem supported by advanced foundation models to provide for lifelong cancer prevention and precision oncology. By constantly analyzing multi-omics, clinical, lifestyle and environmental information, the foundation model updates HDT in order to match the ever-changing biological state of the person. For prevention purposes, the HDT ecosystem provides a simulation of an individual’s lifelong health trajectory and predicts the risk of cancer, as well as optimizes the ways of intervening in such a situation.
