The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: A cooling plate having under surface channelling in an integrated block of aluminium, that has near zero potential for leaks within the path of the under-surface channels. 5 The cooling plate with channels formed using friction stir welding technique in single comprehensive homogenous block. The cooling plate (100) is a homogenous block which comprises an inlet (102) which is extended to an under-surface channel (101) and the other end of the channel is extended to an outlet (103). The cooling plate (100) has reduced thermal 10 interfaces resulting into uniform dissipation and higher cooling efficiency.
