Abstract: The present invention relates to a functional herbal tea composition formulated for mitigation of menopause-associated health challenges. The composition comprises Clitoria ternatea 0.3 g, chamomile flower 0.2 g, lemongrass 0.3 g, dried mint 0.2 g, dry ginger 0.2 g, and stevia 0.4 g, blended in predetermined proportions to obtain a homogeneous herbal tea formulation. The ingredients are cleaned, dried where required, ground, sieved, weighed, blended and packed into infusion tea bags containing approximately 1.5–2.0 g of the composition. The herbal beverage is prepared by steeping one tea bag in approximately 100 mL of hot water for about five minutes. The composition is formulated as a caffeine-free functional herbal beverage. The formulated tea is enclosed within an infusion tea bag and packaged in an airtight container. The tea bags are packaged in moisture-resistant or airtight food-grade containers for storage.
