Abstract: A framework for including women in film production ecosystems as workers is revealed. The framework deals with problems of structural and operational inclusion that are specific to film production environments, which have decentralized workflows, project- based jobs, and informal work practices. The invention combines technical and policy-driven systems to make it possible to use inclusive labor practices at all stages of film production, from pre-production to production to post-production to distribution. There are many modules in the framework that can work together, such as those for hiring, safety and accommodation, pay equity, Redressal, training, and monitoring and analytic. These modules are set up to standardize hiring practices, make sure everyone gets paid fairly, make sure everyone has a safe place to work, allow people to report complaints in private and without revealing their identity, and require gender-sensitivity and compliance training. The system also lets you track and evaluate inclusion metrics like workforce representation, wage parity, retention rates, and incident reporting in real time. The invention can be made into a software- enabled platform that includes dashboards, mobile and web-based reporting interface. Data encryption, anonymization, and role-based access control are built-in privacy features. The framework makes sure that inclusion practices are measurable, clear, and enforceable by combining administrative protocols with digital monitoring tools. The proposed framework makes workplaces safer, makes them more open and accountable, encourages fair participation in the workforce, and keeps more women in film production ecosystems. It can be used in many different types of production, such as studio-based, independent, and international co-productions.
