Inventors include Akhilash Pennam; Ashok Ganga; and Prasad Chongala.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: A generative artificial intelligence-based system and method provide personalized healthcare recommendations using longitudinal patient data and clinical records. The system receives heterogeneous records, normalizes and validates the records while retaining temporal and provenance metadata, and constructs a time-aware patient state representation that distinguishes current observations, historical information, derived trends, missing data, and conflicts. A clinical evidence retrieval module selects versioned evidence according to the patient state. A generative recommendation engine produces candidate recommendations grounded in patient facts and retrieved evidence. A verification and safety module evaluates evidence support, contraindications, allergies, medication inconsistencies, temporal validity, data sufficiency, and uncertainty, and selectively permits, revises, suppresses, or routes recommendations for clinician review. Verified recommendations may be ranked according to relevance, evidence quality, urgency, patient preferences, and feasibility, and presented with rationale, provenance, limitations, and review requirements. Feedback and subsequent records may update the patient state and recommendation ranking, while a versioned audit record supports traceability and review. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2].
