Abstract: The present GEWE model offers a comprehensive structure for enhancing the working conditions of the unorganized sector by combining government support with the unorganized sector's employer efforts. Government action, employer contribution, worker engagement, and employer benefits are the main elements of the approach. The supportive actions of the Government and efficient contribution of the employers towards proper implementation of human resource management practice in the unorganized sector along with mutual understanding, collaboration, teamwork, and training and development of all the concerned stakeholders of the unorganized sector can increase worker engagement in the unorganized sector as well as the employer's profit. Implementation of this model in the unorganized sector aims to enhance the growth and development of the workforce, workers, and employers in the unorganized sector. It also aims to boost production and service standards, which will ultimately increase the country's capital.
