MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641081438 A) filed by A Vikram on July 01, 2026, for A Hardware-Enforced Safety System For Industrial Process Monitoring And Material Decay Mitigation.
Inventors include A Vikram; Ayitam Hemalatha; and Ayitam Asmitha.
The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an isolated, hardware-enforced industrial process safety system operating at a physical process boundary (102). The system comprises an asymmetric data-ingestion module (204) configured to receive high-frequency telemetry data via a unidirectional optical data-diode pathway (108) to structurally prevent signal back-propagation. A hardware verification module (206) executes a validation call to verify incoming telemetry data frames against hardware-locked volatile keys generated natively by a physical interface boundary (106), rejecting unverified streams at a zero-copy circular RAM buffer layer. A safety isolation trigger module (312) executes real-time, low-latency safety shutdown protocols, bypassing standard network stacks to directly trigger a physical safety instrumented system (SIS) relay within a latency window of less than five milliseconds (5 ms) when active telemetry data breaches pre-calculated API RP 571 material decay thresholds.
