The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a healthcare delivery ecosystem (100) and a method thereof for providing coordinated healthcare services across geographically distributed locations. The ecosystem comprises one or more telehealth kiosks (101), a cloud coordination platform (102), a patient episode management engine (103), an electronic healthcare record database (104), one or more doctor terminals (105), one or more specialist terminals (106) and a communication network (107). Each telehealth kiosk (101) includes a kiosk controller (108), a patient registration module (109), an authentication module (110), a patient episode initiation module (111), a physiological assessment module (112), a diagnostic device interface (113), a remote examination interface (114), an audio-video consultation interface (115), a local data repository (116), a communication interface (117), a report generation module (118) and a healthcare worker interface (119). Upon authentication of a patient, the patient episode management engine (103) generates a patient episode and continuously associates physiological measurements, diagnostic investigations, remote examination findings, consultation records, specialist referrals, prescriptions and follow-up activities with the patient episode throughout the treatment cycle. The cloud coordination platform (102) synchronises the patient episode among authorised healthcare participants and preserves the completed patient episode within the electronic healthcare record database (104), thereby enabling coordinated healthcare delivery, continuity of care and longitudinal clinical record management across the healthcare ecosystem
