Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger (100, 200, 300, 400, 500). The heat exchanger (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) includes at least one tubular casing (102) defining a passage for circulation of air. Each tubular casing (102) includes a plurality of apertures (104) arranged along a length thereof, a flow channel (106) provided inside the tubular casing (102) and adapted to receive one of water and air from a source, and a blower (108) positioned at an inlet (110) of the tubular casing (102) for supplying air into the flow channel (106). During operation, the air passes through the flow channel (106) and exits through the plurality of apertures (104) to provide evaporative cooling.
