Abstract: ABSTRACT “A HERBAL FORMULATION FOR GYNECOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT AND A PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF” The present invention relates to a herbal formulation for gynecological management and a process for preparation thereof. The formulation comprises extracts of Ocimum sanctum and Aloe barbadensis Miller together with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The formulation is useful for management of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) by providing hormonal regulation, insulin sensitization, antioxidant activity, and ovarian restorative effects. The invention further provides a process involving extraction, blending, granulation, drying, lubrication, and compression for preparation of stable oral dosage forms. The formulation provides a natural, non-hormonal, safe, and cost-effective therapeutic alternative suitable for long-term reproductive and metabolic health management.
