Abstract: The invention relates to a hot and cold-water dispenser system that integrates a vapour compression refrigeration cycle with a dual-path evaporative configuration to enable simultaneous heating and cooling of water. The system utilises a dedicated heating coil placed within a hot-water storage chamber to recover thermal energy from the refrigerant stream, thereby generating hot water without requiring an electrical heating element. A cooling coil positioned within a cold-water storage chamber, along with an additional evaporator arranged in a chiller compartment, provides parallel cooling capabilities through a branched refrigerant flow. A filter-drier maintains refrigerant purity while a structural frame supports all thermal and mechanical components in a compact configuration. The system achieves stable hot-water temperatures and consistent cold-water production through controlled refrigerant flow and optimised coil dimensions, resulting in improved thermal efficiency. The integrated arrangement enables continuous delivery of both hot and cold water using a single refrigeration cycle. FIG.3
