Abstract: The present invention provides a hybrid agricultural waste conversion system for simultaneous production of biogas and biofertilizer through integrated processing. The system comprises a feedstock receiving unit accepting diverse agricultural waste materials, a mechanical preprocessing unit performing size reduction and moisture adjustment, a biological pretreatment chamber employing thermophilic microbial consortium and enzymatic preparations for lignocellulosic degradation, a multi-stage anaerobic digestion system with separate hydrolysis, acidogenesis, and methanogenesis chambers maintained under independently optimized conditions, an intelligent monitoring and control unit providing real-time process optimization through sensor arrays and automated control algorithms, a biogas purification unit producing high-quality biomethane with methane concentration exceeding ninety-five percent, and a biofertilizer refinement unit processing digestate through solid-liquid separation, pasteurization, and drying to produce standardized organic fertilizer products. The system achieves biogas yields of zero point four to zero point six cubic meters per kilogram of volatile solids and nutrient recovery efficiencies exceeding eighty-five percent, representing significant improvements over conventional single-stage systems while simultaneously generating two valuable products from agricultural waste feedstocks.
