Abstract: The present invention relates to an automated disease detection system based on a hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Transformer architecture integrated with a secure diagnostic report generation module. The system is designed to analyze medical images obtained from diagnostic imaging devices such as X- ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound systems for accurate identification of diseases and abnormalities. Initially, medical images are acquired and processed through an image preprocessing module that performs noise reduction, normalization, and enhancement to improve image quality. The processed images are then supplied to a CNN-based feature extraction module that identifies spatial patterns and structural characteristics present in the medical images. The extracted features are further processed using a Transformer-based contextual analysis module that captures long-range dependencies and global relationships between different regions of the image. By combining CNN-based spatial feature learning with Transformer-based attention mechanisms, the hybrid model improves disease detection accuracy and reliability. The system further includes an automated diagnostic report generation module that produces structured medical reports containing predicted disease information, probability scores, and visual annotations. To ensure patient data confidentiality and integrity, the generated diagnostic reports are encrypted and securely stored within a protected database or cloud platform, enabling authorized healthcare professionals to access diagnostic results safely and efficiently.
