Abstract: Abstract This invention presents a hybrid system and method for evaluating student academic performance by integrating Neutrosophic labeling with a Modified Rough Set Method (RSM). Conventional evaluation approaches are limited in addressing uncertainty and indeterminacy associated with student behavior, learning patterns and environmental influences. The proposed model incorporates academic and non-academic parameters and represents them using neutrosophic components, namely truth, indeterminacy and falsity, to effectively handle imprecise and incomplete data. The processed data is further analyzed using a modified RSM for classification and decision-making. The system enables accurate identification of student performance levels and supports early detection of students requiring academic or psychological intervention. This approach contributes to inclusive and equitable education by providing a comprehensive and reliable evaluation framework
