Abstract: ABSTRACT A HYDRAULIC HEADBOX The present invention discloses a hydraulic headbox (A), the various components are intricately connected to ensure optimal slurry flow and uniform paper formation. The flow of fiber from the header (100) to the lips (600) in said hydraulic headbox (A) is a carefully controlled process 10 designed to ensure that the fibers are evenly distributed and that the paper sheet formed is uniform in quality. Both the Header (100) and dilution valve feed into the distributor tube. As the slurry enters the turbulence generator, the turbulent flow from the distribution tube is converted to laminar flow.
