Abstract: The disclosure relates to the means for conducting a rapid analysis of biological samples using chromatographic analysis, in particular thin-layer chromatography that can be applied in medicine, veterinary medicine, and food quality control. Provided is a kit for analysis of the material sample for one or more analytes of a new design comprising a test device (1) for receiving the material sample and for displaying the result of the analysis of the material sample, and a container (2) for storing a buffer fluid required for the analysis of the material sample; wherein the test device (1) comprises, among other elements, at least one test strip (6) for analysis of the material sample for the analyte and for display of the result of the analysis. Modifications in the design of the test device of the kit, namely introduction of the protective element (41) or the limit stopper (42) and the removable element (43), resolve the issue of protecting the element for receiving the material sample from the contact with other items or objects is solved, and at the same time increase the intuitive ease of use of the device.
