Abstract: A light emitting apparatus, comprising: a circuit board including pads; and a plurality of light emitting devices arranged on the circuit board, each of the light emitting devices including, bumps electrically connected to the pads; a first LED stack including a first type semiconductor layer and a second type semiconductor layer; a first transparent electrode disposed on the second type semiconductor; a first connector electrically connecting the first type semiconductor to one of the bumps; a second LED stack including a first type semiconductor layer and a second type semiconductor layer; a second transparent electrode disposed on the second type semiconductor; a second connector electrically connecting the first LED stack and the second LED stack; a third LED stack including a first type semiconductor layer and a second type semiconductor layer; a third transparent electrode disposed on the second type semiconductor; and a third connector electrically connecting the second LED stack and the third LED stack, wherein an interval between adjacent light emitting devices of the plurality of light emitting devices is greater than at least one of a width of the light emitting device.
