MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421081014 A) filed by Resolve Biotech Pvt. Ltd. on October 24, 2024, for A Liquid Filling System.

Inventor includes Khanna, Ram.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: MULTI-LIQUID MODULAR FILLING SYSTEM WITH PER-NOZZLE ISOLATION, HYBRID OPERATION, QUICK-CONNECT CHANGEOVER, AND IOT- ENABLED CONTROL The invention discloses an automated modular liquid filling system operable in sequential, parallel, and hybrid sequential-parallel modes. The system comprises a plurality of filling nozzles (102), each connected to a dedicated liquid reservoir (105) through sanitary tubing (113) with quick-connect fittings and shut-off valves, and supplied by an independent pump head (104). A compact modular frame (103), occupying less than 457 mm conveyor length for a six-nozzle configuration, mounts directly on existing conveyors and is stackable in series or vertically, including installation inside sterile isolators or laminar airflow (LAF) workstations. A control system (300) enables per-nozzle programming of volume, sequence, pump speed profiles, and diving nozzle motion. Integrated sensors (108) and stoppers (112) provide batch control, while reversible pump cleaning and CIP/autoclavable parts ensure hygiene. IoT-enabled connectivity supports remote monitoring, recipe management, data logging, and predictive maintenance. The invention improves accuracy, sterility, scalability, and productivity across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, cosmetics, and food industries.
