Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to a solid protein-based nutraceutical composition and a low-temperature manufacturing method therefor. The composition comprises at least one protein source combined with digestion-supporting herbal components and absorption-enhancing bioactivities, configured to improve digestive tolerance and enhance intestinal nutrient absorption. Manufacturing is conducted under controlled low-temperature conditions not exceeding approximately 45°C to preserve protein quality and functional integrity of heat-sensitive components. The disclosed composition is suitable for regular dietary consumption as a functional or nutraceutical food, providing improved nutrient utilization and reduced gastrointestinal discomfort compared to conventional protein-based solid foods.
