Abstract: 051] The present invention relates to a machine-learning-guided herbal nanoparticle composition and preparation system for improving stress-induced cardiomyopathic conditions and blood glucose regulation. The composition comprises a standardized herbal active fraction associated with a biodegradable nanocarrier matrix and a stabilizing agent to form nanoparticles having improved dispersion, encapsulation, stability, and controlled release characteristics. A machine-learning module receives formulation variables, process variables, physicochemical data, release data, stability data, and biological-response data to predict optimized preparation parameters. The herbal nanoparticle composition is configured to support cardiometabolic response by improving delivery of herbal bioactives having antioxidant, anti- inflammatory, adaptogenic, cardioprotective, and glucose-regulatory properties. The invention further provides a feedback-based optimization workflow in which measured nanoparticle attributes and biological responses are returned to the prediction model to refine subsequent formulation recommendations and improve reproducibility of herbal nanoparticle development.
