Abstract: ABSTRACT [0030] A machine learning based hospital management system is disclosed for the preliminary prediction of disease categories and the recommendation of doctors. The system maintains patient records, physician profiles, departments and appointment schedules in a relational database. A supervised classifier processes a validated set of patient symptoms to predict a disease category present in its training dataset, and the predicted category is mapped to a medical specialization. Physicians of that specialization are filtered by operational status and open appointment slots and ranked by availability and workload using transparent rules, with an alternative specialist or general physician offered as a fallback. The patient can book an appointment, and the prediction category, confidence score, model version, timestamp and appointment records are stored as auditable histories under role-based access control. The web-based workflow connects symptom assessment, physician routing and appointment management in a single platform and serves strictly as a preliminary clinical decision-support aid, not as a clinically validated diagnostic instrument.
