Abstract: The invention relates to a device (200) and method (300) for automating object storage within multiple inventories of user equipment. It includes an image capturing unit (206), such as an ESP32-CAM module (102) that captures images of objects and transmits them to a control unit (202). The control unit (202) analyses the captured images to extract parameters that indicate the packaging of the object, compares these with pre-stored parameters corresponding to known objects, and stores the object in the correct inventory based on the correlation. The device (200) automatically triggers the storage process when matching parameters are found. This solution enhances inventory management efficiency by reducing human intervention, ensuring accurate and quick object sorting, and providing a scalable and adaptable approach to both small-scale and large-scale applications.
