MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611075193 A) filed by K. R. Mangalam University on June 17, 2026, for A Method And System For Dynamic Curriculum Personalization Using Learner Profiles, Employability Mapping, And Policy Alignment.

Inventor includes Prof. Dr. Tania Gupta.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to educational technology and discloses a computer-implemented method and system (1000) performed by one or more hardware processors for dynamically generating personalized curriculum pathways. Learner data is structured into a multi-dimensional learner profile; curriculum components are mapped to employability competencies with relevance weights; and education policies are interpreted into machine-readable curriculum rules comprising credit limits, progression, entry-exit, and qualification requirements. A curriculum pathway generation engine (1004) integrates these to generate personalized pathways that are validated against the rules, visualized on an advisory dashboard, and dynamically updated in a closed loop based on learner progress and policy changes. The invention transforms static curricula into adaptive, governance-compliant learning pathways, improving learner success and employability readiness.
