Abstract: ABSTRACT A Method and System for Float-Operated Automatic Fluid-Flow Control The following invention is directed to a process and system for automatically controlling fluid flow by means of a float. This disclosed system includes a valve housing, a reciprocating valve member, a seal configuration, a float configuration capable of sensing any changes in fluid levels inside a tank, an adjustable connecting shaft, a guide mechanism, a progressive flow restriction mechanism, and a pressure balancing chamber. The float configuration causes reciprocation of the valve member in response to changes in liquid levels in order to provide progressive fluid flow control until fluid flow stops altogether. Progressive restriction of fluid flow speed ensures that fluid flow speed slows down gradually before being stopped completely in order to avoid any hydraulic shock, water hammer effects, turbulence, or any leaking. The pressure balancing chamber balances fluid pressures while operating and enhances precision of seals. Fig. 3
