MUMBAI, India, June 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641066389 A) filed by Access Healthcare Services Private Limited on May 26, 2026, for A Method And System For Maximized Quality Assurance In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Workflows.
Inventor includes Satheesh Seetharaman.
The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MAXIMIZED QUALITY ASSURANCE IN HEALTHCARE REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT WORKFLOWS The present invention relates to systems and methods for real time, coverage maximized quality assurance of healthcare revenue cycle management workflow, wherein the workflow events are ingested and normalized into a canonical representation with structured fields and optional free text. A deterministic rules engine outputs violation scores with severity and confidence. A machine learning ensemble generates a probabilistic defect score from structured, rule derived, temporal, behavioral, and embedding features. An embedding retrieval engine checks semantic consistency against indexed policies and historical decisions, producing similarity signals and explanations. The outputs are fused and calibrated into an interpretable audit score. A resource constrained coverage maximizer selects audit depth and generates review flags or review prompts, routes selected workflow items for human review, and logs reviewer outcomes and prompt acknowledgements for retraining.
