Abstract: The present invention relates to educational governance and discloses a computer-implemented method and system (1100) performed by one or more hardware processors for measuring, predicting, and improving happiness and belongingness in educational institutions. Stakeholder well-being data is standardized, validated, and classified into happiness dimensions; weighted individual happiness scores are aggregated into a composite Institutional Happiness Index. A predictive analytical model identifies high-risk individuals or groups and generates early warning alerts, based on which targeted interventions are recommended and managed. Post-intervention outcomes are monitored and fed back in a continuous loop. The invention transforms subjective well-being signals into predictive, actionable institutional analytics, enabling proactive governance, accreditation reporting, and continuous well-being improvement.
