Abstract: ABSTRACT A Method and System for Multi-Layer Adaptive AI-Based Resume Analysis with Continuous Learning and Explainable Matching The invention is related to method and system for automating resume analysis and intelligent candidate-job pairing employing a multi-layered adaptive intelligence architecture. The system includes adaptive multi-format resume parsing, which involves OCR-based parsing to obtain structured and unstructured data from the resumes. Advanced semantic intelligence employs AI/ML algorithms to derive semantic relationships between candidate attributes like skill set, experience, and educational background and job requirements. Moreover, the system also features continuous learning where the models are updated based on recruiter input and patterns in their selection and hire. Cross-document contextual correlations using graph-based learning can be employed to discover hidden relationships while an explainable AI (XAI) component can provide transparent candidate ranking. Federated learning can be used in a privacy-preserving way to refine the semantic models without the risk of exposing sensitive information. Fig.3
