Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and system for predicting a likelihood of post-treatment relapse of a mental health disorder. Patient information comprising clinical data, behavioral data, treatment-related data, and demographic data associated with a patient is received and preprocessed to generate processed patient information. A plurality of relapse-predictive indicators representative of physiological condition, treatment effectiveness, treatment adherence, symptom progression, psychosocial support, and psychological resilience of the patient are generated from the processed patient information. A predictive feature representation comprising the processed patient information and the plurality of relapse-predictive indicators is generated. The predictive feature representation is processed using a trained prediction model to generate a relapse prediction indicative of a likelihood of recurrence of the mental health disorder following completion of treatment. The relapse prediction is outputted for facilitating post-treatment monitoring of the patient. Figure 1 is the representative figure.
