Abstract: The invention provides a method for enhancing entrepreneurial skill development among women students in Commerce and Management through an algorithmic diagnostic and adaptive learning ecosystem. The system captures psychometric traits, competency gaps, socio-cultural constraints, motivation levels, and digital literacy indicators to generate diagnostic indices including an Entrepreneurial Readiness Score and Constraint Profile Score. These outputs guide an adaptive learning engine that delivers personalised instructional modules, simulations, experiential projects, micro-internships, and gender-sensitive interventions calibrated to the learner’s evolving needs. An algorithmic mentor-matching mechanism connects learners with industry professionals, alumni founders, and domain experts based on sector interests and skill gaps, while a coordinated academic ecosystem integrates institutional resources, incubators, government schemes, NGOs, and industry partners. A continuous analytics and feedback layer tracks progress, mentoring effectiveness, ecosystem engagement, and entrepreneurial behaviour, enabling real-time recalibration of learning paths.
