Abstract: A method 100 for making a green body 310 using ceramic slip casting including steps for fabricating mold 200 using thermoplastic polyurethane through selective laser sintering as per selected computer aided design; preparing a thick ceramic slurry 306 including ceramic powder 304, water, and dispersant; casting prepared slurry 306 into the thermoplastic polyurethane mold 200; allowing the slurry 306 to dry within the mold 200 to form the designed green body 310; and sintering the green body 310 to obtain finished green body 310 as per the design.
