Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD FOR RAPID IDENTIFICATION AND PROBIOTIC VIABILITY ASSESSMENT OF FRUIT-DERIVED LACTIC ACID BACTERIA The present disclosure relates to a system and method for rapid identification, metabolic fingerprinting and probiotic viability assessment of fruit-derived lactic acid bacteria (LAB). The system includes a selective probiotic activation module configured to enrich beneficial microbial populations using prebiotic-enhanced substrates, monitoring module configured to generate based on pH variation, acidification rate, and metabolic progression, a multi-indicator detection module configured to evaluate microbial activity, a coagulation pattern analysis module configured to characterize -induced coagulation behavior, a morphological fingerprinting module configured to analyze microbial growth characteristics, a metabolic activity assessment module configured to determine biochemical functionality, a stress tolerance evaluation module configured to assess environmental resilience, and a gastrointestinal survivability prediction module configured to predict probiotic robustness. The processor takes as input the analytical outputs of the modules, calculates probiotic performance indicators, ranks candidate isolates, and generates screening recommendations. The disclosure enables accurate, scalable and cost-effective probiotic strain discovery for food, nutraceutical, agricultural and industrial biotechnology applications.
