Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for synthesis of 3-aminobenzamide encapsulated alginate-magnetite nanoparticles for cancer treatment. More particularly 3- aminobenzamide (ABA) encapsulated Alginate-Magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles for treatment of double stranded break (DSB) repair deficient cancer. The said method includes various steps such as preparation of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (110), addition of 2M NH4OH (120), coating of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with alginate (130), centrifugation of uncoated particles (140), integration of aminobenzamide (ABA) (150), and removal of unencapsulated aminobenzamide (160). ABA or 3- aminobenzamide is old Poly-ADP-Ribose Polymerase (PARP) inhibitors commonly available. Synthesis of ABA encapsulated Alginate-Magnetite (Fe3O4)- nanoparticles would enable the targeted delivery of ABA and deal with limitations of off-target, non-specificity which may be of great importance in the alleviation of cancer which is yet to be elucidated. The development of ABA encapsulated in alginate-magnetite nanoparticles represents a promising approach to treating DSB repair-deficient cancers.
