The method includes determining plurality of theme attributes (306) based on multimedia data, using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model (212). The method includes receiving one or more editable features associated with a display of second device. The method includes generating plurality of theme elements for each combination of theme attribute from plurality of theme attributes (306) and editable feature from one or more editable features. The method includes generating plurality of themes based on plurality of theme elements, using AI model. Each of plurality of themes has a corresponding cardinality score. The method includes determining a theme a maximum cardinality score from plurality of themes, for second device.
