The system includes 5 a frame assembly (100), a support assembly (200), a stabilizer assembly (300) having a triangulated multi-leg configuration, a plurality of caster wheel assemblies (400), and a plurality of load support assemblies (500). The caster wheel assemblies facilitate controlled multi-directional movement of a supported vehicle, while the stabilizer assembly distributes the vehicle load and prevents 10 lateral imbalance and toppling. The support assembly is configured to engage with one or more areas of the vehicle to enable handling, maneuvering, storage, and transportation.
