Abstract: ABSTRACT A MODULAR SOLAR-ASSISTED DESICCANT–EVAPORATIVE COOLING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF The present invention relates to a modular solar-assisted desiccant–evaporative cooling system (100) configured for sustainable cooling applications in hot and humid climatic conditions. The system (100) comprises an ambient air intake and filtration subsystem (110), an air handling and airflow control subsystem (120), a desiccant dehumidification subsystem (130) having a rotary desiccant wheel assembly (131), a solar-assisted regeneration subsystem (140), an evaporative cooling subsystem (150), a water circulation subsystem (160), an instrumentation and control subsystem (170), and a conditioned air supply and exhaust subsystem (190). Moisture from incoming humid air is removed through the rotary desiccant wheel assembly (131), while regeneration of the desiccant material is achieved using solar-derived thermal energy supplied through solar thermal collectors (141) and/or a flat-plate solar water heater (142). The dehumidified air is subsequently cooled through the evaporative cooling subsystem (150) to provide conditioned air with reduced energy consumption. The system (100) further enables real-time monitoring, psychrometric analysis and performance optimization and sustainable HVAC applications. Ref. Fig.- Fig.1
