Abstract: Disclosed multi-chamber glucose dosing device (100) comprises a container body (102) defining an interior space and a plurality of glucose storage chambers (104) arranged in a predetermined dispensing sequence. The device (100) further comprises a plurality of chamber outlet passages (106). Each chamber outlet passage is fluidly connected to a corresponding glucose storage chamber. The device (100) further comprises a plurality of pressure-activated seals (108) disposed in the plurality of chamber outlet passages (106), and configured to rupture at respective threshold pressures arranged in an increasing sequence corresponding to the predetermined dispensing sequence. The device (100) further comprises a dispensing outlet (110) disposed at a distal end of the container body (102). The device (100) further comprises a common flow path (112) fluidly connecting the plurality of chamber outlet passages (106) to the dispensing outlet (110) and an anti-backflow element (114) disposed within the common flow path (112).
