The formulation is arranged to provide uniform distribution of soluble and poorly miscible constituents while maintaining pourability, throat coating, taste acceptance, and storage stability. A sequential manufacturing process supports hydration, dispersion, pH adjustment, deaeration, and filling into a multi dose container for measured oral administration.
