Abstract: 061] The present invention relates to a multi-layer zero-trust cybersecurity system for secure cloud data storage and access control in enterprise computing environments. The system includes an access request receiver, identity verification layer, device posture assessment layer, contextual risk scoring engine, policy enforcement layer, cryptographic storage protection layer, secure key management module, cloud storage interface, anomaly detection module, and audit ledger module. Each cloud data access request is treated as untrusted until verified through identity, device, context, data sensitivity, and policy conditions. The system generates a real-time risk score and dynamically allows, restricts, denies, or escalates access based on the evaluated risk. Sensitive enterprise data is protected through encrypted segmentation and controlled decryption key release. The system further monitors active sessions for anomalous behaviour and records access decisions in a tamper-evident audit ledger, thereby improving cloud data confidentiality, access governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise cybersecurity resilience.
