Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-sensor system (100) for real-time remote monitoring of food grain quality comprising a multi- sensor node (101), a controller (102), a communication module (103), a power supply (206), a server (104). The multi-sensor node (101) is compact multi-sensor node that integrates a plurality of sensors within an enclosure for monitoring a set of parameters. The controller is low power microcontroller (102) that receives the set of parameters and apply a noise reduction mechanism and manage a power usage to maximize a battery life of multi-sensor system (100). The communication module (103) is configured to transmit the set of parameters to the server (104) and the server (104) analyses the received set of parameter via a machine learning technology and generate one or more alerts during detection of an abnormality in the set of parameters.
