Abstract: The invention provides a multi-stage slag removal device for metal melting furnaces. The device includes a furnace interface frame, a primary slag engaging assembly, an elevation actuator, an intermediate separation tray, a drainage return path, a secondary transfer conveyor, a slag discharge chute, a thermal shield assembly, a sensing unit, and a control unit. Slag is collected from the molten surface, temporarily separated for metal drainage, transferred in a controlled manner, and discharged to a receiving vessel with reduced operator exposure and improved removal consistency.
