Abstract: A multi-tenant cloud computing system for real-time financial transaction anomaly detection is disclosed. The system receives transaction events through a secure ingestion gateway, cryptographically resolves a tenant context and routes each event to an isolated tenant processing namespace. A streaming feature layer generates tenant-specific behavioural, temporal, device, location and transaction-velocity features. A dual-timescale baseline engine determines deviations between stable and recent behaviour, while a time-bounded relational graph engine detects coordinated relationships among accounts, devices, merchants, beneficiaries and network addresses. A privacy-preserving intelligence layer shares non-reversible threat-pattern signatures without exposing raw tenant transaction data. An anomaly scoring engine combines behavioural, temporal, relational, shared-threat and data-reliability scores to generate a composite anomaly value. A decision orchestration engine generates a signed instruction for permitting, authenticating, holding, reviewing or rejecting a transaction.
