Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: A MULTIDISCIPLINARY EDUCATIONAL FRAMEWORK AND ANALYTICAL SYSTEM FOR ERGONOMIC LECTURER WORKSTATION MANAGEMENT AND FATIGUE OPTIMIZATION The present invention provides a multidisciplinary educational framework and analytical system for ergonomic lecturer workstation management and fatigue optimization comprising workstation assembly (100) with adaptive ergonomic desk structure (101) having seated (101A) and standing (101B) configurations, support architecture (102), fatigue monitoring module (103) with posture sensor (103A), pressure sensor (103B), and motion sensor (103C), analytical processing unit (104), intelligent feedback interface (105) with visual display (105A), audio alert (105B), and vibration feedback (105C), modular educational structures (106) with document holder (106A), device stand (106B), and writing panel (106C), cloud communication framework (107), and institutional analytical engine (108). The analytical processing unit (104) processes sensor data from the fatigue monitoring module (103) to generate ergonomic recommendations and fatigue alerts via the feedback interface (105). The cloud framework (107) and institutional analytical engine (108) generate institution-level reports. The invention improves ergonomic compliance, faculty engagement, and workflow efficiency across universities and colleges. [Figure 1]
