MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541105700 A) filed by Qualentra Biomorphix Private Limited on October 31, 2025, for A Multimodal Health Data Digital Twin Engine For Predictive And Personalized Healthcare Management.

Inventor includes Viswanath Srinivasan.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: A MULTIMODAL HEALTH DATA DIGITAL TWIN SYSTEM AND A WEARABLE OPTICAL FETAL–MATERNAL SIGNAL ACQUISITION SYSTEM THEREFORE ABSTRACT A multimodal health data digital twin system (100) harmonises heterogeneous health data (102) into a time-aligned schema with quality scores and modality masks. A masked cross-attention network (306) forms a latent health-state vector (308), which a recursive estimator (108) updates and reports as indices with uncertainty, and a federated layer (112) trains models across institutions without moving raw data. In one embodiment, a wearable optical system (500) has an abdominal unit (504) with a near-infrared emitter (602) and radially spaced photodetectors (606a–606e), and a maternal reference ring (506). A remote processor excludes movement epochs, cancels the maternal pulse by adaptive filtering using the ring signal as reference, weights channels by signal quality and estimates fetal heart rate. In further embodiments it derives fetal movement, contractions, respiration, oxygenation, blood-pressure trend and sleep posture, and generates a multi- domain antenatal report (1200) and a pregnancy-stage twin (804).
